Comprehensive
Learning Design Support
for Open Education

Provides comprehensive support for program design, revision, and delivery, including guidance on multimedia course development and open/digital learning systems, while also offering learning design services for the creation of materials in open and distance learning as outlined in RA 10650.

Integrated Educational Material Production and Management

Provides comprehensive support for educational material production, including sound design principles, technical guidance for multimedia content creation, open/distance learning material development, resource repository management, multimedia facility upkeep, and bookstore management.

Educational Research Coordination and Dissemination

Leads research initiatives on instructional models, course delivery systems, strategies, and emerging trends in open/digital learning, advising the UPOU Research and Publications Committee on research thrusts in e-learning, and collaborating with relevant sections for dissemination of research findings to a wider audience.
