UPOU CODTL Congratulates Batch 1, Tier 1 Course Completers The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), through the Center for Open and Digital Teaching and Learning (CODTL), extends its congratulations to all course completers of Batch 1, Tier 1 of the microcourse for the UPOU Faculty, REPS, and affiliates.  Participants came from all three Faculties of Study (FoS), and the role distribution differs across units.   Completers earn a digital badge for every microcourse completed.
